1. **Payments**\
   All payments are final, this is because we are using a license system. Payments are not refundable.

   Sweat VPN & Sweat Duma are 100% safe to use.
3. &#x20;**Updates**\
   When the status is “Updating” we will freeze all license key and add a additional 1 day for free.
4. &#x20;**Features**\
   We can add or delete any features in the software.
5. &#x20;**Cracking**\
   Our softwares are developed and protected by our team. If we see any attempts in cracking our software, the key will be permanently deleted and no refund will be given.
6. &#x20;**Free updates**\
   All of our updates are for free for all subscribers
7. **False virus flag**\
   Your anti-virus can flag our software as a virus, this is because we use encryption tool to protect our source codes.
8. &#x20;**Bots and Raids**\
   Using bot accounts and conducting raids is prohibited.
9. **Insults**\
   Insulting users is prohibited.
10. **General Chat**\
    You are only allowed to write in English in general chat and all support related questions are not allowed.
11. **Support**\
    There are two options to create a support ticket: English & Germany.
12. **Advertising & Marketing**\
    Advertising under the name of Sweat VPN is forbidden and will be punished including “!” and Discord server as status.

**Violations of the rules are punished with warnings, mutes and bans.**
